These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, payments, travel arrangements, and tour participation with Cross Country Tours & Travel. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the policies below.
A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations without after notice.
All tour packages must be paid within the agreed timeline. Late payments after completion of preparation may result to exclusion, loss of booking priority, or cancellation of reserved slots especially during peak seasons.
Cancellations made 14 days before departure may qualify for partial refunds depending on third-party costs. Last-minute cancellations are discouraged since they disrupt the already planned budgetary plan.
Travelers are responsible for valid identification, passports, visas, and any required travel permits. Failure to present correct documentation may lead to denied participation.
Cross Country Tours may adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, road accessibility, safety concerns, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
All guests must behave respectfully towards guides, staff, local communities, wildlife, and fellow travelers. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour.
We take great care to ensure your safety and comfort throughout your journey. However, at Cross Country Tours & Travel, travelers are advised to have appropriate health insurance for added protection and peace of mind.
